Nothing is uploaded. The scan runs entirely in your browser using JavaScript on this page. We never receive, transmit, or store your file. If it contains customer names/emails/addresses, the scan flags those columns and still keeps everything local — but you can also remove them first, or run it on a synthetic copy of your numbers.
What the scan does
Reads your export as-is
Fuzzy-matches common Etsy/Shopify column names (sale_price, qty, unit_cost, transaction_fee, shipping…). If a required column is missing, it says so instead of guessing.
Computes margin after fees
Per SKU: revenue − COGS − fees − shipping. Flags negative-margin (critical) and thin-margin (under 10%) items, and lists your top prioritized actions.
Names your blind spots
If fee or shipping columns are absent, it tells you the margin is likely overstated — one of the most common ways a "profitable" SKU is actually losing money.
